Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident trying our products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons. However, we do offer support if there is an issue with your order.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please place a new order and contact us regarding the original purchase.
